• Who has heard the story about the Tortoise and the Hare?
• Who has heard the story of about the Boy who cried wolf?
• Who has heard the story about Town Mouse & Country Mouse?

Each of these stories has something in common. They all have a Moral, or lesson, to be learned, and they were also written by the man named Aesop.

Directions: Work with a reading partner to read at least 5 of Aesop's fables, then answer the key question for each.

Key Question: What is the moral of the Story?
